Mintesnot is 2 years old and lives with his mother. His mother is in her early twenties, and his father left before he was born. His mother gets money by begging. She can’t pay for house rent or food. Among other services, they would benefit greatly from the additional food provided by the program and the self-help group that would provide parenting and financial training, and support from the other members.
